Your guests will have to go through this step before becoming a verified guest and having access to your check-in instructions (or guidebooks and upsells if you have hidden this).
Safety Deposit or Damage Waiver: This allows guests to choose which option they want to complete.
Safety Deposit: A hold is placed on the guest's card 2 days prior to check-in and will be released 2 days after they check out. The hold is replaced every 7 days to ensure that there is a hold throughout the guest's stay. You will have the option to collect this deposit in Enso if necessary.
Damage Waiver: A one-time non-refundable deposit your guest will need to complete before becoming verified in Enso.
Pet Fee: A pet fee can be applied for guests who have selected that they will be bringing pets through your Guest Information Collection question (# of Pets). The question will need to be added in this step, as the pet fee will only apply to those who have selected at least 1 pet.
