Followers on conversations

Ensure your team stays on track with their duties

With our Followers feature, you have the ability to easily assign maintenance staff, cleaners, or owners to conversations. This will ensure that you can keep all relevant parties in the loop about any updates in a reservation.

Assigning followers

Simply click on the + button in the Followers section below the conversation details.

From there, you can select from a drop-down list of contacts that you already have in your inbox (Learn how to add contacts here). You can choose between maintenance staff, cleaners, or owners to follow the conversation.

Once assigned, you can easily click on your follower's name to quickly jump into a conversation with them.

This will give you easy access to the guest they are following, the listing the guest has booked, and the status of their booking. This way, you can easily refer to any bookings this contact is in charge of during your conversation.
