Adding internal notes to your conversations

By adding internal comments or notes to your conversations, you can provide important context for your team to reference.

You can easily add notes or comments to remind yourself or your team of any follow-up tasks or important details that need to be addressed at a later time. Each note will indicate which team member added the note with a date and time stamp!

Add notes

To add a note, simply click on the Note button above the message bar in any conversation and hit Create Note or enter to add it to the conversation. The note will be visible to all your team members.


Edit notes

You can review and edit all notes in a conversation by going through the Notes tab at the top.

Click on the three-dot button next to the note you wish to edit and click on Edit Note. Add your changes and click on Save. The new note will now display on the conversation.



Delete notes

If you want to delete a note, got through the Notes tab and click on the three-dot button next to the note you wish to delete. Click on Delete. The note will now show on the conversation as 'This note has been deleted' .
