Stage 1: Disable or Delete the Listing
Open the Listings tab in your Enso Connect dashboard.
Find the listing you want to disable or delete.
Click the toggle located in the top-right of the listing’s banner image.
Note: The Delete option appears only after the listing has been disabled.
Use this decision guide:
Option | Use When... |
Disable | The property is temporarily unavailable, needs more setup, or you wish to pause it. |
Delete | You no longer manage the listing or have switched to a different PMS. |
Stage 2: Remove Linked Devices
Navigate to Business Settings in your account.
Select Devices from the menu.
Click on any device linked to the disabled or deleted listing.
Scroll to the bottom of the device’s page and click Delete Device.
Click Save to confirm the deletion.
Wait for the confirmation message: “Changes Saved successfully” should appear in the top right corner before navigating away.
Why It Matters
If a listing is merely disabled without also removing its linked devices, those devices may continue to incur costs—even though the listing is no longer active. Ensuring both steps are completed prevents unexpected billing.
