Checklist when deleting or disabling a listing in Enso Connect

When deleting a listing, it is crucial to ensure that all linked devices are also removed to prevent unnecessary charges. Simply deactivating a listing may not automatically disconnect devices, which could lead to continued billing.

This step-by-step checklist will guide you through the proper process to securely delete a listing while ensuring all connected devices are unlinked, helping you avoid unexpected costs.

Stage 1: Disabling or Deleting a Listing

1. Open the Listings tab.

2. Locate the listing you want to disable or delete.

3. Click the toggle button in the top-right corner of the listing’s banner image.

Note

The Delete option will only appear after the listing has been disabled.

When to Delete or Disable?

Disable Listing: If the listing requires further setup, the property is not yet available, or it is temporarily removed from your portfolio.

Delete Listing: If you no longer manage the listing or have switched to a new Property Management System (PMS).

Stage 2: Removing Linked Devices

1. Go to Business Settings.

2. Select Devices.

3. Click on the device linked to the disabled or deleted listing.

4. Scroll down and select Delete Device.

5. Click Save to confirm.

Note

Wait for the deletion to complete before leaving the page. 'Changes Saved successfully' should appear on the top right hand corner.
