How can you quickly get context about a guest in the inbox?
On the left-hand side of the inbox, you’ll see additional reservation context, including:
Reservation dates
Reservation status (e.g., guest is currently checked in, future confirmed booking, or completed stay)
Why is this useful?
Even though it’s a small tweak, it has a big impact when handling multiple conversations. You’ll get an at-a-glance view of who you’re talking to and what stage of their stay they’re in — allowing you to prioritize and personalize your responses more quickly and effectively.
