You can send bulk messages to guests for various purposes, such as:

How do I create a campaign?
To create a campaign:
Go to your CRM and open the Campaigns tab.
Click “Create New Campaign.”
Select your audience using guest data fields—like money spent, number of pets, country, listing group, reservation code, and more.
Add any necessary conditions.
Choose your messaging channel (SMS, email, WhatsApp, Airbnb message, etc.).
Send your targeted message!
