How can I view and manage a guest’s progress through the Guest Journey?
In the Messages section, you’ll see a panel on the right-hand side of the inbox that shows exactly where a guest is in their process. This allows you to monitor progress in real time and make adjustments as needed.
Can I skip or release steps in the guest journey?
Yes. You have the flexibility to:
Skip required steps like ID collection, if needed
Release steps that are normally restricted (e.g., due to the check-in date not being reached), allowing guests to view or complete them early
This makes it easy to handle exceptions and gives you more control over the experience.
What’s the new check-out step feature?
Previously, once a guest checked out, they couldn’t revisit their boarding pass. Now, you can reset the check-out step even after it’s completed, which is helpful if:
A guest forgot something
You need to show them check-out instructions again
This update gives you greater flexibility in managing post-stay communication.
