How to send a campaign from the CRM

With the Enso Connect CRM, you can use your usual condition system to send one-off, scheduled reminders.

You may want to send a marketing campaign to certain guests, maybe to personalize their experience, encourage repeat bookings, promote relevant experiences, or target guests based on seasonality, location, and past stay history. Here’s how!

1. Go to your CRM and click the blue, New Campaign button in the top, right corner. Then, select all of the guests you would like to send your campaign to, using views or filters to help narrow down your audience, if needed.

2. Set the send date, campaign name, and campaign message.

Schedule it on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, ideally by 5:00 or 6:00 PM. This makes it more likely that guests will act.

Conditions: You can customize this, however we advise only inviting guests that felt more than "Neutral" during their stay.

Reminder: Based on the guest's chat history, the AI generates a rating called "guest sentiment."

The takeaway: Be brief but direct in your statement. The review sites' links can also be included.

3. Finally, click Publish.

Please note that you can only upload plain-text links. Use URL shorteners, such as Bitly, to improve its appearance.

Now, you can send marketing campaigns to specific groups of guests, just by following these steps!
