1. Add the device to your Enso account.
Go to Business Settings > Devices > Add Devices.
Select the brand.
Sign in to your account and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your devices to Seam, our device integration partner.
2. Once the device is added
Select the device and scroll down to "Connected Listings."
Select the listings that correspond to the device.
Backup access codes are required for the device to pair to a listing. If codes are not generated automatically, you may re-sync your devices by going into your Business Settings > Connected Accounts > View the account with your smart devices > click “Manually sync Devices.”
You can confirm that the device has been assigned to the listing by going to the listing and then clicking the devices section.
3. Updating your Check-in steps to add the device
Go to the specific listing and check the check-in & checkout instructions.
Attach the device to the relevant step in your check-in instructions.
You can connect multiple devices to one listing using the previous steps; however, you can only connect one device to each check-in step.
When multiple devices are connected to a listing, Enso Connect attempts to generate a common access code as long as the devices are of the same manufacturer, type, and model. Otherwise, the individual access code for each device will be listed on the main page of the boarding pass and on each check-in step where each device is added to.
