Why is my console not loading correctly?

Enso Connect uses your computer's automatic time zone in order to display the latest content within the console based on your location. This ensures that time-specific automations and updates are displayed correctly.

When your console doesn't load and only shows a blank page, checking that the device's timezone is set to automatic typically resolves this.

Here's how:

Windows:

  1. Ensure that your Location Services are turned on.

    1. Check Settings > Privacy and Security > Location > Location Services.

  2. Open Date and Time Settings and set the time zone to Automatic.

    1. Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time > Turn on Set Timezone Automatically.

MacOS:

  1. System Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn on “Set time and date automatically.”

  2. Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location.”

Linux (Gnome):

  1. Go to Settings > Date and Time

  2. Turn on “Automatic Date & Time” and “Automatic Time Zone”.
