🌐 May 13th: New integration, Notification Updates, New Icons, Elevated Styling Options for Upsells and Guidebooks, 3DS Message Automation

  • We have integrated 365Villas and Rentals United.

  • Payment notifications now show detailed Stripe errors and improved "product purchased" reliability. Verification notifications include who flagged or bypassed steps. Device notifications always show door lock/unlock events in the message thread.

  • New icons let guests know they can join your community directly from their Boarding Pass.

  • Updated embedded videos and well-sized images to improve aesthetics and allows easier navigation

  • We've added the "When guests purchase requires 3DS verification" to simplify transactions.

⚙️ April 30: Gap Nights Automation

  • When there is a short gap between a departing guest and an arriving guest, we offer both guests the option to extend their stays. This way, you can ensure your property is occupied as much as possible, reducing empty days and increasing your revenue.

💡April 8th: New Dashboard Features

  • Dashboard Summary: The left-most panel of the dashboard displays Check-ins, In-house, and Checkouts, representing booking statuses for the selected date range. This streamlined layout helps you quickly see the status of all bookings at a glance.

    • From this panel, you can also approve upsells, verify identities, and respond to messages.

📶 March 25th: Consistent Field Syncing

  • We've improved data synchronization from PMSs to prevent accidental overwrites.

🔧 March 22nd: Lodgify Sync Improvement

  • Users can now view listing details and booking fields. Messaging via Lodgify is supported, with instant guest messages and Enso-pushed SMS/emails.

⭐️March 7th: AI Generated Guidebooks

  • Our AI-Generated Guidebooks accelerate the process by automatically creating comprehensive guidebooks. These guides include detailed information on local dining options, listing details, nearby attractions, transportation, and more.

    • By leveraging AI, you can quickly provide guests valuable insights and recommendations about the area.

📘 Feb 12: Guidebook and Upsell Cover Images, Verification Settings Enhancements + Improved Templates, Labels + Billing Permissions for Users

  • You can now upload cover photos to Upsells and Guidebooks.

  • We’ve added a section of recommended photos to the image picker for you to choose from. You can also add your own images.

  • You can now switch Boarding Passes between listing groups and all listings without having to recreate them.

  • You can now copy existing Verification Settings to use across listing groups.

  • When creating a new user, you will now be prompted to select from 1 of 4 new templates that have a pre-filled set of permissions.

  • The 4 new user types are: Team, Co-host, Admin, and Virtual Assistant.

  • Users will also have access to a “Billing” permission.
