At a glance
Local Services are tiles on your Boarding Pass that link guests to partner websites via your affiliate links. When a guest taps a tile, they’re taken to the provider’s site to learn more or book.
These tiles can appear before or after guest verification, depending on how you configure your verification settings.
What the guest experiences
The guest opens the Boarding Pass and sees Local Service tiles.
Tapping a tile opens the service provider’s website through your affiliate link. Any booking or purchase is completed directly with the provider, and tracking/commissions are handled via the provider’s affiliate program.
What you need to set up
Your affiliate links. Please create or retrieve affiliate links from each provider (e.g., apply to the provider’s affiliate program; once approved, you’ll receive a unique URL).
Add the services. If a service isn’t listed yet, please submit the details (provider name, URL/affiliate link, and any required info) here. Our team will add it and notify you by email.
Tips & best practices
Prioritize services that match your property’s location and guest profile (e.g., airport transfers, tours, equipment rentals, food delivery).
Keep tiles relevant and limited—quality beats quantity.
Periodically review performance and refresh under-performing tiles.
In your pre-arrival messages, please mention Local Services so guests know where to find them on the Boarding Pass.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see Local Services on the Boarding Pass.
Ensure the feature has been added for your account and the tiles are active.
Check your Verification settings if you expect them to show before verification.
