How upsells work in Enso

  • Guests are shown available upsells at the right moment (based on your settings).

  • Upsells may require auto-approval or manual review before fulfillment.

  • Conditions like guest tags, boarding pass data, or check-in status can target offers.

  • Payment must complete successfully (including 3DS authentication).

💡Tip: Ensure your Stripe account is active and assigned to each relevant listing group so payments process smoothly.
