6. Manage your listing groups

Organize properties into groups for streamlined workflows

Updated this week

Listing groups let you categorize properties with similar characteristics so you can apply conditions, automation, and messaging consistently across many listings at once.

Why it matters

  • Saves time β€” apply rules and conditions once instead of repeating per listing.

  • Ensures consistency β€” workflows behave the same way for similar properties.

  • Simplifies condition management β€” rules targeting a group reduce complexity.

How it works in Enso

  1. Open the Listing Groups section in your Enso dashboard.

  2. Click Create Listing Group.

  3. Add listings that share similar rules (e.g., same pricing, check-in flow, fees).

  4. Save and then use this group when configuring conditions or guest journeys.

Once a group exists, any condition, automation, or workflow tied to that group applies to all its listings.

Best practices

  • Group by property type (e.g., studios, family homes) or location (city center vs. outskirts).

  • Use listing groups before building workflows β€” it keeps rules clean and efficient.

  • Revisit groups quarterly as your portfolio grows.
