1. Collect Information for Multiple Guests
You can now gather details not only for the primary guest but also for additional guests in the party.
2. Allow Guests to Record Number of Guests
Guests can specify how many travelers are in their party during the verification process.
3. Configure Field Visibility by Guest Type
You can control which fields are visible or required based on whether the guest is primary or additional.
4. Preview Changes
A preview of how the verification process will appear to guests is available in the Boarding Pass Review section of the Verification Settings.
5. Review Submitted Guest Information
On the Booking Panel, submitted information for all guests can be reviewed, making it easier to manage group bookings.
How It Works for Guests
For guests using the boarding pass, the verification flow will adjust based on your configuration:
Input for the number of travelers – Guests indicate how many people are in their party.
Information collection for all guests – Each guest can provide their individual details as configured.
Note: Information collected for the primary guest remains unchanged and will appear as it did prior to this release.
Reminder: The multi-guest verification flow will only appear for guests if it is enabled in the Listing Group configuration.
