What is a Guidebook?
A Guidebook is a digital manual provided to your guests via the Boarding Pass. It can include many things: instructions for appliances, house rules, local restaurant recommendations, and more.
Its purpose: get your guests prepared and excited about their stay, reduce questions and give a better experience.
Why Use Digital Guidebooks?
They reduce guest questions (because guests can self-serve the information) and hence ease your workload.
They improve and add value to your guest experience: giving local insights, clear instructions, better first impressions.
They’re easy to update (no re-printing) and you can link dynamic content or media.
They integrate into your guest journey (via the Boarding Pass) making the stay more seamless.
They can be personalized using our personalized text fields: Guest name, property specifics, welcome message.
They can match your branding: use your colors/logo so it reinforces your professionalism and identity.
How do Guidebooks work?
The Guidebook is made available after guest verification (or before, if you change the setting) in the guest journey.
It appears in the guest’s Boarding Pass as part of their stay information.
You create and share one by building the guidebook content and linking it to the guest stay.
