What are Local Services?
Local Services are affiliate-links to experiences or services in your area that you can offer to your guests. When guests click those links, they’re redirected to the service provider’s website through your affiliate ID, giving you the opportunity to earn a commission or reward.
These services enhance the guest experience and give you an extra income-stream by collaborating with other local businesses.

How It Works
On your boarding pass (or guest journey interface) you’ll have a section labelled Local Services where the affiliate links appear.
Guests click on the service they are interested in and they’re taken via your affiliate link to the partner service’s website.
Depending on the partner’s affiliate program you may earn a commission when the guest completes a booking or transaction.
You control when Local Services along with your upsells: before guest verification or after.
Best practices
Prioritize services that match your property’s location and guest profile (e.g., airport transfers, tours, equipment rentals, food delivery).
Keep tiles relevant and limited—quality beats quantity.
Periodically review performance and refresh under-performing tiles.
In your pre-arrival messages, mention Local Services so guests know where to find them on the Boarding Pass.
