Keep the original guest name from your PMS

Your verification may include asking the guest to enter their name—this is a typical setup and one that we recommend, although this could mean that guests can enter a different name into the boarding pass than the name used in the booking (in your PMS).

This may cause some confusion when looking for the guest in Enso Connect.

Here's how you can keep the original name used when the booking was made.

  1. Go into your Guest Journey Editor > Guest Verifications.

  2. Select the specific guest verification setting you'd like to edit.

  3. Click the pencil icon next to Guest Information Collection.

  4. Delete the first and last name fields.

  5. Save.

This will stop any more overrides from being done on the name and will ensure that the names in Enso Connect are kept as the original names in the PMS.
