The AI Knowledge Base is the set of responses that the AI can utilize to compose a reply to a guest message.
Navigate down to the AI Knowledgebase section in a particular listing to access this it.
You can either upload a PDF file listing the questions and answers you want the AI to process, or you can edit the answers to the pre-defined questions here.
