Places Guidebooks are a great tool for helping guests discover neighbourhood attractions near the property.
To access Places Guidebooks, navigate to the guest journey editor, select Guidebooks, and then choose Places.
Choose a template, and click on Get Started to launch the EnsoAI Guidebook Wizard. Select up to 10 places and click the Build Guidebook button.
Note: The search results are based on the property's address. Depending on the template, the wizard searches for places within 2 km to 20 km radius. To adjust this, click on Show Search Options.
Review the generated guidebook. You can reorder the position of each place by dragging the cards up or down. You can also modify the description by clicking on a card or add new sections by clicking Add Field.
Note: The EnsoAI Guidebook Wizard generates place descriptions based on user reviews and the property's location.
Select the visibility of the guidebook to indicate whether it applies to all properties, all properties in the current group, or specific ones.
Click on Save.
That's it! Your guidebook is ready!
