In some cases, it may be necessary to manually generate a code to allow someone to enter a listing for a short period of time. For instance, an electrician or plumber may be needed for a one time issue at your property. Here’s how to generate a code for them!
1. Go to the Business Settings tab in Enso, then click on Devices.
2. Choose the Smart Home Device that you would like to manually generate a temporary access code for. Scroll down to Manual access codes.
3. Select Generate access code.
4. Create the access code name, expiry date, and add any additional devices that require this access code.
5. It is important to ensure that you check the checkbox beside Expiry date, and select the period of time that you would like the temporary access code to work for by selecting it in blue in the calendar.
6. Select Generate. Then, select Save.
Now you have manually created a temporary access code that you can send to team members who need to enter your listings!
