How to refer someone to Enso Connect

Learn how to refer an operator to Enso Connect and earn a reward when they become a customer.


Know a property manager, host or boutique hotelier who would get value from Enso Connect? You can refer them and earn a reward when they sign on. Every Enso Connect customer can take part - business owners and individual team members alike.

When you refer someone, you earn a cash reward or subscription credit once they book a demo and become a paying customer. Your referral gets a matching subscription credit to welcome them aboard. The bigger the operator you refer, the bigger the reward for both of you.

How the referral program works

You earn a reward when someone you refer books a demo and closes as an Enso Connect customer. Here is the full path from share to payout:

  1. You sign up for the program. Sign up here and you will receive a confirmation email with access to your partner portal and your individual referral link.

  2. You share your link. Log in to your referral portal, copy your unique referral link, and send it to your contact. The link already carries your tracking ID, so there is no code for anyone to enter.

  3. Your referral books a demo. Your link takes them straight to the Enso Connect demo booking form, with your referral already attached.

  4. The deal moves forward. Our sales team works with your referral through the buying process. You can watch each stage in the Deal Tracker inside your portal.

  5. The deal closes. When your referral becomes a paying customer, your reward is triggered automatically based on their portfolio size.

  6. You get paid. Your reward is paid out via Stripe after a short holding period (see "How and when you get paid" below).

Because the reward is tied to a closed deal rather than a free signup, there is a gap between when your referral books a demo and when your reward lands. The Deal Tracker keeps you posted the whole way.

What you earn per referral

Your reward scales with the number of listings the referred customer manages. Rewards are paid when the deal reaches Closed Won. Your referral receives a matching subscription credit.

Choose how you get your reward

You decide how to receive your reward: take it as cash, paid to your bank account via Stripe, or as a credit toward your Enso Connect subscription. Set your preference when you sign up for the program.

Where to find your referral link

  1. Log in to your Enso Connect referral portal.

  2. Copy your unique referral link from the dashboard. It is generated for you automatically with your tracking ID already attached.

  3. Share it however you like - email, text, social, or in a conversation.

Anyone who clicks your link lands directly on the demo booking form, and your referral is recorded the moment they book. No setup or code entry is needed on their end.

How to track your referrals

Open the Deal Tracker in your portal to see the status of everyone you have referred. As our sales team moves each deal forward, the stage updates in your portal - so you can see when a referral has booked a demo, when the deal is in progress, and when it closes and triggers your reward.

How and when you get paid

Rewards are paid via Stripe. The first time you log in, you will connect your banking details through Stripe's secure onboarding - no manual setup or paperwork on your side.

A few things to know about timing:

  • 30-day holding period. Payouts are released 30 days after a deal closes, to line up with our money-back guarantee window.

  • Quarterly payouts. Payments are batched and sent out on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

  • Currency. Canadian partners are paid in Canadian dollars (CAD). International partners are paid in their local currency.

Troubleshooting

My referral booked a demo, but I don't see a reward yet

Rewards are triggered only when the deal reaches Closed Won, not when your referral books the demo. B2B deals take time to close, so there is a natural gap. Check the Deal Tracker in your portal to see where the deal stands.

My referral signed up, but the referral wasn't recorded

For a referral to count, your contact needs to reach the demo booking form through your unique link, which carries your tracking ID. If they booked a demo another way, the referral may not have attached. Reach out to [email protected] with your contact's email address and we will look into connecting it.

When will my payout arrive?

Payouts are released 30 days after a deal closes and are sent in the next quarterly batch (January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1). You can confirm a payout's status anytime in your portal.
